IIFA 2023 was a star-studded affair with many renowned celebrities such as Salman Khan, Kamal Haasan, A. R. Rahman, Hrithik Roshan, and others attending the prestigious award ceremony. The 22nd edition of the International Indian Film Academy Awards, held at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi was hosted by Vicky Kaushal and Abhishek Bachchan. Several videos featuring Vicky from the event have surfaced online and in such a shocking clip, the actor almost fell down while dancing with Rakhi Sawant.

In the viral video that has surfaced online, the Uri actor was seen dancing with his ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’ co-star Sara Ali Khan and Rakhi on his wife’s song Sheila Ki Jawani. The controversy queen, who wore a big furry red hat started twerking without realizing Vicky was dancing right behind her. Rakhi ended up crashing into him which led to Vicky losing his balance and he was about to fall. However, he saved himself from falling and handled the situation very well. The video of Vicky’s tripping due to Rakhi has gone viral on social media. Recently, the Raazi actor made headlines after a video of him allegedly being pushed by Salman Khan’s bodyguards went viral. Netizens trolled the actor for the same. Speaking with ANI, Vicky talked about this viral video and said it was just blown out of proportion. He was quoted saying, “A lot of times it happens that things are just blown out of proportion and a lot gets written about it. There is unnecessary chatter about many things. Things are not actually as they seem sometimes in the video. There is no point talking about that.”

Work-wise, Vicky is currently busy promoting his upcoming film ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’ with Sara. The film has been directed by Laxman Utekar and will hit the theatres on 2 June 2023.
